What is Ace SEO Specialist?
My name is Ace, an independent SEO, web design, and Google Ads practice serving business owners across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Every engagement is handled personally by me from strategy through to execution—no account managers, no junior staff.
How is working with an independent specialist different from working with an agency?
You engage directly with the person responsible for your results. No account managers translating your brief. No handoffs between strategy and delivery teams. Communication is clearer, accountability is direct, and the work stays aligned with your actual business goals.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Established business owners, founders, and marketing managers who want consistent inbound enquiries and a structured digital presence. They typically already generate revenue but are not getting enough from their current website or marketing activity. They value working directly with the specialist—not being passed around a team.
Where are you based and how do you deliver your services?
I am based in the Philippines (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. All services are delivered fully remotely. Flexible meeting times are available for clients across North America, the UK, and Australia—time zones are rarely an obstacle.
What makes your approach different?
Integration and accountability. SEO, website design, and Google Ads are aligned around one strategic direction rather than treated as separate services. Combined with direct communication and a focus on qualified enquiries over vanity metrics, the experience is closer to having a dedicated in-house specialist than hiring an external vendor.
How do I get started?
Reach out via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp with a brief overview of your business and what you are looking to improve. I will respond personally, typically within one working day. No pressure to commit to anything at that stage.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
It depends on the scope of work. Project-based work such as a website build or SEO audit is defined by a clear deliverable. Ongoing services such as SEO management or Google Ads typically involve a longer engagement to allow time to produce meaningful results. All arrangements are discussed and agreed transparently before work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the type and scope of work. A website project may take several weeks. SEO is an ongoing process that typically produces meaningful movement over months rather than days. A realistic timeline based on your specific situation will be provided during our initial conversation.
What do you need from me as a client?
Clear communication and a willingness to collaborate. Access to accounts such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and your website backend will typically be required. The more context you can share about your business, customers, and goals, the more precisely the work can be aligned to produce results that matter.
Will I be kept informed throughout the project?
Yes. Regular progress updates, clear explanations of what is being done and why, and straightforward reporting on results are standard. If something changes or a recommendation needs adjusting, you will hear from me directly and promptly.
What services do you offer?
Three core areas: Search Engine Optimisation, Website Design and Optimisation, and Google Ads Management. SEO covers local SEO, Google Business Profile, keyword research, on-page and technical improvements, and content planning. Website work covers WordPress design and redesign, performance improvements, and conversion optimisation. Google Ads covers campaign setup and management, landing page alignment, and ongoing paid search optimization.
Can you help with both SEO and Google Ads at the same time?
Yes—and in many cases this is the most effective approach. SEO builds sustainable visibility over time while Google Ads generates qualified traffic in the shorter term. Managing both together keeps strategy coherent, messaging consistent, and data from each channel informing the other.
Do I need a new website or can you improve what I already have?
It depends on the current state of your site. Targeted improvements to structure, speed, content, and conversion are often sufficient. In other cases, the underlying build creates ongoing limitations and a redesign is the more practical path. An honest assessment and clear recommendation will be provided based on what your site actually needs.
How do I know which service is right for my business?
The best way to work this out is through an initial conversation. Most businesses benefit from a connected approach across SEO, web design, and paid search, but the priority and starting point differ depending on where you are now. You will get a clear, practical recommendation based on your specific circumstances—not a standard package.
Do you work with businesses outside the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK?
These are the primary markets I serve and where the majority of my experience lies. If your business is based elsewhere, get in touch and we can discuss whether my approach is a good fit for your situation.
